1. Careful and thorough estimating: We look at your existing frames and surrounding wall area for any signs of leaks, current or past. We make determinations of what might need repair work and 90% of all our repairs are no charge when purchasing new Milgard dual-paned windows from us.
2. Precise measuring: We believe in the old adage "measure twice, cut once". Measurements must be perfect and we have specific people who specialize in measuring and ordering only.
3. Precise ordering: Not only is the ordering done by a specialist in measuring and ordering, but all Milgard Acknowledgements are checked by two different people which significantly lowers the possibility of errors which saves our clients money.
4. Precision Installation: Our installation crews are supplied with pictures, dimensions, and all necessary details to provide a perfect installation. Each man on a crew serves a purpose. There is always a man called a crew-head that will answer any of your questions during installation and the crew is very accommodating to your needs and requests.

Our company is very precise about each phase of our customer's order procedure, we have very little "extra" costs.
